RF 360 app allows staff of Royal Freemasons to see their daily program down to a task level for the areas of laundry, food, cleaning and lifestyle.
The app is accompanied by a web-based dashboard where the schedule is setup and a daily todo list is setup that can be seen in the app.
Staff are then able to specify with rooms are being serviced. For cleaning, which area is being cleaned, whether it is a full clean, service clean or infection control clean and whether they encountered any issues preventing them from fulfilling their duties.
The app facilitates key information to improve the standard of services of a facility and empower staff and managers in a very practical way.
